Introduction

Linkable will provide various digital services as described on the website. All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the campaign.

Linkable Services will include (but are not limited to):

Obtaining “backlinks” from other websites, blogs, and directories to generate link popularity

Creating content/visual documents.

Creating placement and submission reports.

The client must acknowledge the following with respect to the services:

All fees are non-refundable.

All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.

Linkable has no control over the policies of search engines regarding the acceptance of websites or content.

Linkable has no control over website and blog owners removing links or content.

Linkable shall not be liable for any damages, direct or consequential, arising from using its services.

Linkable reserves the right to tweak anchor text and other order details to ensure successful placements or completion of services.

Linkable does not guarantee search engine positions or traffic increases for specific keywords or phrases.

Linking to “bad neighborhoods” or “link farms” can harm SEO efforts, and Linkable is not liable for the client’s choices in linking to such websites.

Linkable is not responsible for changes made to the client’s website by other parties affecting search engine rankings.

Non-Disclosure

Linkable does not sign individual NDAs for every client using its services. However, all clients’ information is treated with full non-disclosure respect.

Restrictions

Linkable reserves the right to cancel orders placed for websites in illegal or offensive industries. Illegal or objectionable content will be canceled and refunded.

Jurisdiction

All Parties irrevocably agree that the courts of South Africa have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute, grant interim remedies, and provide other provisional or protective relief.

By joining, you agree to receiving emails from Linkable, which could include order notifications, system updates, new services, offers, or educational material.
